The new DLC for Arma 3 will allow players to fight fires using a helicopter.

The developers of Arma 3 have revealed details about the upcoming DLC titled “Reaction Forces,” which promises diverse new content for players.

In particular, players will receive a new set of assets and content called “2035” with a futuristic theme that “fits into the narrative and world” of the game.

The shooter will introduce a couple of new rifles and pistols (with additional details), as well as new vehicles such as another helicopter and a truck. Moreover, players will have to use the helicopter to extinguish wild fires.

The helicopter can be equipped with new weapon systems if desired, and soldiers will receive fresh uniforms and equipment. For instance, some of the costumes are also related to firefighting themes (there are also night vision goggles and so on).

Developers will also add several scenarios for both single-player and multiplayer modes. For example, the “Sky Control” scenario involves 12 players. For single-player mode, there will be two new scenarios related to helicopters and fires.

In the cooperative scenario, players will need to defend a squad, and in multiplayer, they will need to stop robbers who are operating all over the island (a scenario in a 12-player match format).

Additionally, the game will feature new music and other additional content such as modules and mechanics. The cost of the expansion will be $8, and the exact release date has not been announced yet, but the new content will be released “soon.”
